Overview 

1. General Requirements:

1) Anti puncture clothing consists of an anti puncture clothing jacket, anti puncture layer and anti puncture layer protective cover.

2) Anti puncture clothing materials should be non-toxic and have no natural harm to the human body.

3) Anti puncture clothing should be worn flexibly and easily. After wearing, it is not allowed to restrict the free movement of both arms and the body's movements such as kneeling, jumping, squatting, pitching, and turning.
4) The outer jacket of the anti puncture suit should be compatible with the specifications of the anti puncture layer and should be able to be separated. The inner liner cannot be washed or chemically corroded. The coat cannot be washed at high temperatures. Rinse with warm water and let it dry in a well ventilated area.
The protective cover of the anti puncture layer should indicate the puncture or close fitting surface, and cannot be reversed.

 

Appearance requirements

1) The anti puncture clothing jacket should be free of defects such as damage, floating lines, and missing needles.

2) The surface of the anti puncture layer material should be free of defects such as holes, deep pits, scratches, cracks, and burrs. Metal materials should be treated with rust prevention, while non-metallic materials should be evenly and flat.
3) The same layer of anti puncture material should be uniform, flat, and consistent, without local protrusions, wrinkles, and other defects.

Composition

Structural requirements

The anti puncture layer is a multi-layer high molecular weight polyethylene impregnated fiber anti puncture felt that is pressed by alloy steel hot pressing.

At a height of 7cm on the rear inner hem, use a 2.5cm fluorescent yellow Velcro opening to bond and fit into the inner liner. Do not use 4 double layer fabric carts with a 4cm hook surface to bond the front. The front inner lining is made like the back and installed into the inner liner, with 4 layers of 4 * 11cm Velcro sewn on the inside of the shoulders. Two hanging loops on the chest can be used to hang walkie talkies or law enforcement recorders.

10. Water resistance: At room temperature, the anti puncture clothing should meet the requirements for anti puncture performance after being soaked in water for 30 minutes.
11. Anti puncture clothing should meet the requirements of anti puncture performance in the environment of -20 ºC± 2 ºC~55 ºC± 2 ºC.
